Super Easy Paleo Eggnog

I’m doing my second Whole30. Last time around, I didn’t have holiday festivities to navigate. Today’s challenge: paleo eggnog. I have Betty Crocker to thank for the basic guidelines. It turned out wonderfully!

Ingredients
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup maple syrup
A few grinds of sea salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 drops Young Living nutmeg essential oil (no substitutions- this is a dietary supplement)
1 can coconut cream

Directions
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a sauce pan. Stir constantly for about 15 minutes over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Serve with a dash of brandy if desired.
